Sevgi AKSOY

I am Sevgi Aksoy, and I graduated from Şırnak University's Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program on January 19, 2023. During my education, I gained knowledge and skills related to the healthcare industry and administrative processes. Following graduation, I gained experience in various fields, improving my skills in both communication and office management.

I began my career as a medical secretary at Private İpekyolu Hospital. I played an active role in patient registration, filing, and appointment management. I then worked at Private Cihanpol Hospital, gaining experience in document management and file organization. I then worked as a customer service representative at Konecta, where I developed my communication skills and gained significant experience in developing solutions for customer satisfaction.

Following this, I worked as an accounting and human resources assistant at Fikoç Akademi Bilgi İşlem (Fikoç Akademi Bilgi İşlem), responsible for invoicing, payroll, and employee data tracking. In 2025, I worked as an accounting clerk at 3D Educational Institutions, managing financial records and managing accruals and collections.

Thanks to all these experiences, I've gained practical experience in both the healthcare sector and office and accounting fields. I can effectively use Microsoft Office programs and prioritize organized work and teamwork.

I also aim to continuously improve myself in personal development. I've received various training programs in effective communication, negotiation, presentation, hygiene, and patient care. In my free time, I enjoy sports, nature walks, reading, and engaging in artistic activities. Learning new things and developing myself in different areas is a great source of motivation for me.
