With an MSc in Histology and Embryology and more than 10 years of practical experience in the field of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), I have developed strong expertise in clinical embryology, laboratory coordination, and team training.

During my role as the IVF Laboratory Director at Gürgan Clinic (Ankara, Turkey), I supervised all laboratory operations, contributed to the development of standardized protocols, and mentored numerous junior embryologists from both Turkey and abroad. My work has always been grounded in ethical values, scientific advancement, and patient-centered care.

I have presented at national congresses and served as a session chair, while staying actively engaged with professional societies and continuous developments in the ART field.

Upon completion of the training programme within the clinic and obtaining the certificate of “Training Certificate for Assisted Reproductive Technologies Laboratory Applications and Laboratory Director” undertaken at Hacettepe University Hospital, ART Unit (organised and authorised by the Ministry of Health of Republic of Turkey), I received the legal status of clinical embryologist.
