What is the ROPA Method (Reciprocal IVF)?
ROPA (Reciprocal IVF) is an in vitro fertilization method designed for same-sex couples (female-female). In this method, one partner's eggs are retrieved and fertilized in the laboratory. The other partner becomes the gestational mother (the embryo is transferred). Thus, both partners are involved in the process.
